The kitchen is equipped with a fridge (small freezer compartment), oven, kettle, and there is a hairdryer in the bathroom. Bath towels and hand towels are provided free of charge. From the windows you have a view of the mountains of Emmetten as well as the cable car to the Stockhütte. The valley station is only about 150 meters away. The small Volg supermarket is also in the immediate vicinity. The Emmetten flying school and the Dorfklatsch restaurant are located in the building.

The apartment is located on the 4th floor and is only accessible via a staircase.

There is a storage room for skis in the building.
