The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge (small freezer compartment), microwave, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and much more. There is an ironing board with iron and a hairdryer in the bathroom. Bath towels and hand towels are provided free of charge. From the balconies you have a wonderful view of Lake Lucerne or the mountains of Emmetten.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and is only accessible via a staircase.

There is a storage room for skis in the building.
